Terms of Service

E-WIREPRESS helps you write press releases, publish them on your own newsroom page and distribute them through the E-WIREPRESS newswire, its feeds, opt-in journalist and reader digests and, if you allow it, partner news sites. We don’t promise any coverage, pickup or number of readers.

Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. You’re responsible for what your team members do in your newsroom.

• You own what you write and upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, translate, display and distribute it as the service works, including to partner sites when your newsroom allows syndication. Partner sites may keep republishing a release until it is withdrawn.
• You confirm that what you publish is accurate, that you have the right to publish it (including images, quotes and names), and that it doesn’t break any law or anyone else’s rights.
• AI suggestions are drafts. Check every fact, figure and quote before you publish; you are the publisher.

• False, misleading or defamatory claims.
• Spam, including emailing people who haven’t agreed to hear from you.
• Illegal content, scams, hate, harassment or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service.

We may review, hold back from the wire, unpublish or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable.

You can stop using E-WIREPRESS at any time and ask us to close your account at [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL]. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, with notice where we reasonably can.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what third parties (including partner sites and journalists) do with your releases.
